Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return process
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Due to COVID-19, we do not accept clothing, pillows, bath towels or bed linens for return if opened or used.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted (e.g. explain what the issue is), we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For returns, you will also be charged a 10% restocking fee plus you will be responsible for return UPS/USPS fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will notify you upon receipt of your return. We highly recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance as that is the only method to ensure we have information about your returned item, otherwise we are not responsible for lost/stolen items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Refunding sales items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Replacing an item
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Refunding a gift
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit on a physical gift card/email gift code for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, your gift card/e-certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver on their original form of payment.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
